1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Pre-Order Processing

  • For pre-orders, an estimated shipping date will be provided at the time of ordering.
  • We strive to ship your pre-order on the indicated date; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
  • We will notify you promptly of any changes to your shipping schedule.

3. Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

  • We ship within the continental United States using trusted carriers.
  • Shipping charges are applied as specified at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

4. Hawaii Local Delivery

  • We offer local delivery in Hawaii four times per year.
  • Prior to each scheduled delivery, our team will contact you to confirm details.
  • Delivery dates for Hawaii orders may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Local Delivery (Southern California)

  • Local deliveries are made within 3–5 days after order placement.
  • We will contact you before delivery to arrange a convenient time.

6. Local Pickup

  • Once your order is ready, we will notify you for pickup.
  • Pickup is available during our business hours:

Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: By appointment only

7. Packaging & Product Condition

  • Orders are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery.
  • For Table orders, products are shipped in:
    • 2 packages (Charcoal Set, Gas Set), or
    • 3 packages (Charcoal & Gas Set) as detailed in the product description.
  • Note: Due to the nature of stainless steel, minor scratches or small dents may occur during shipping. These are cosmetic and do not affect product performance.

8. Delivery Issues

  • KBBQBros is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
