Refund policy

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: KBBQBros will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping. Customers may send the item using their own carrier or request a prepaid return label from KBBQBros. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Return Procedure

All return requests must be submitted to admin@kbbqbros.com before shipping the item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, KBBQBros will notify the customer of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
